Job description
• Prepare and cook complete or individual Japanese Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet), dishes and meals
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• May clean kitchen and work area
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• May train and hire kitchen staff
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Wage: $16.50 Hourly for 40 Hours Per Week
Benefits: 10 days paid holidays
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
Education: High School
Experience:
Over 7 months of experience in commercial food preparation
Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
