Ethnic Food Cook (NOC: 6322)
- Prepare and cook complete or individual Japanese noodles, dishes and meals
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- May clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- May train and hire kitchen staff
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $16.00 hourly for 40 hours per week
Benefit: Vacation Pay of 4%
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements
- Education: Completion of High School
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in commercial food preparation.
- Language: Speak English, Read English, and Write English
